Overview
Pantai Tangsi, also known as Pink Beach, is a unique coastal destination located in Sekaroh Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency, Indonesia. It is renowned for its distinctive pink-hued sand, a rare phenomenon shared by only a few beaches worldwide. The pink coloration of the sand at Pantai Tangsi results from a natural blend of white sand and fragments of red coral. Over time, the red coral breaks down and mixes with the white sand, creating the beach’s signature pink hue. This effect is most vivid during the morning and late afternoon when the sunlight accentuates the pink tones.
